方式一(自助,即时生效):登录控制台 → 设置 → 删除账号。为防误删与冒用,系统会先向你的注册邮箱发送验证码确认身份,再执行删除并显示删除回执。
方式二(无法登录时):用注册邮箱发送主题为“删除账号”的邮件至 [email protected]。我们会通过该邮箱验证身份后执行完全相同的删除流程,并把回执编号回复给你。
删除会立即:让全部会话与登录凭证(邮箱验证码 / Passkey / 两步验证)失效;删除你上传的脚本与曲线、提交的脚本请求,账号下的积分余额与积分记录一并作废;删除年龄验证结论;删除设备工单及其照片;抹除账号上的邮箱、出生日期等个人信息,仅保留一条不含任何个人信息的删除标记,用于确保日后从备份恢复数据时,已删除的内容不会重新出现。
我们承诺在你发起后 30 天内完成全链路物理删除;目前实际为发起后立即删除。法律要求保留的最小财务记录(如有),其字段与保留期限在隐私政策中列明。删除完成后出具删除回执(回执编号 + 完成时间 + 各模块清除计数);我们不保留你的邮箱,客服仅凭回执编号核验。
删除账号会同时取消订阅并停止扣费;已付费周期不按比例退款,建议用完当前周期再删号;首次订阅 14 天内如需全额退款,请在删号前申请。删除不可恢复;同一邮箱之后可以重新注册,但那是全新的账号,不会恢复任何数据。
Option 1 (self-service, takes effect immediately): Sign in to the console → Settings → Delete account. To prevent accidental or unauthorized deletion, we first send a verification code to your registered email address to confirm it's you, then delete your account and show you a deletion receipt.
Option 2 (if you can't sign in): From your registered email address, send an email with the subject “Delete account” to [email protected]. We verify your identity through that mailbox, run exactly the same deletion process, and reply with your receipt ID.
Deletion immediately: revokes all sessions and sign-in credentials (email codes, passkeys and two-step verification); deletes the scripts and curves you uploaded and the script requests you posted, and voids your credit balance and credit history; deletes your age-verification outcome; deletes your device reports and their photos; and erases your email address, date of birth and other personal details from your account. All that remains is a deletion marker containing no personal data, which ensures deleted content can't reappear if we ever restore data from a backup.
We commit to completing physical deletion across all our systems within 30 days of your request; in practice, deletion currently happens immediately. Any minimal financial records we are legally required to keep are listed, with their fields and retention periods, in our Privacy Policy. When deletion is complete we issue a deletion receipt (receipt ID, completion time and a count of what was removed from each part of the service). We don't keep your email address, so support can verify a deletion only by its receipt ID.
Deleting your account also cancels your subscription and stops billing. Paid periods are not refunded pro rata, so consider using up your current period before deleting. If you want a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription, request it before you delete your account. Deletion cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same email address, but it will be a brand-new account and none of your data will be restored.
