请提供准确的注册信息并妥善保管你的凭证。你对以你账号名义进行的活动负责。不得分享、出售或转让账号,不得以自动化方式批量创建账号。如发现未经授权的使用,请及时通过 [email protected] 通知我们。部分功能(本地设备控制)无需账号即可使用;基于账号的功能需要登录。
Haptiloom 提供:(a) 从你的浏览器或 App 控制兼容的第三方亲密硬件;(b) 播放与视频同步的触感时序数据(“脚本”,也称“曲线”);(c) 桌面端创作者工具,用于在你自己的电脑上制作脚本;(d) 脚本请求:用户发起请求,由其他用户制作并提交脚本;以及 (e) Premium 订阅功能。功能可用性因地区与平台而异,以产品内显示为准。
你只能上传你自己制作或有权分享的脚本。你保留对所上传脚本的权利,并授予 Haptiloom Team 一项全球性的、非独占的、免版税的许可,以在提供本服务所需的范围内存储、复制、展示该脚本,并将其交付给相应请求的发起者以及你选择共享的其他用户;你删除脚本或账号后,我们停止新的分发(已交付给请求者的副本除外)。发起请求时,你只能提交可公开访问的第三方视频页面链接,并声明:据你所知,该视频中的所有人物均已年满 18 周岁,且内容是在各方同意下制作与发布的。我们不下载、不存储、不托管请求所链接的视频;该视频由第三方网站提供并受其条款约束,我们不对其内容作任何背书。
创作者工具在你的电脑上本地运行;你自行负责确保你有权观看和处理所打开的视频。积分是本服务内的虚拟记录,仅用于脚本请求的悬赏与奖励:你可以通过完成其他用户的请求等平台规定的方式获得积分,并用它为自己的请求设置悬赏。悬赏积分在脚本交付并被请求者接受前由平台暂存;请求撤回或被移除时,未发放的积分退回发起者。积分不能用钱购买,不能提现、兑换现金或在账号之间转让,不构成财产或储值。为防止欺诈、刷分或违反本条款,我们可以调整、冻结或作废积分;账号删除或终止时,积分余额随之作废。
连接设备由第三方制造和运营。你有责任按照制造商说明安全地使用任何设备。Haptiloom 不是医疗器械,不提供任何医疗效果;请勿以造成疼痛或伤害的方式使用,一旦出现不适请立即停止。产品内置安全机制(本地停止控制、强度上限);这些是便利措施,不是保证——硬件、无线链路与第三方固件都可能失效。在法律允许的最大范围内,你自行承担因设备使用而产生的人身伤害、不适或财产损失的全部风险,曲线与控制信号按“现状”提供。远程控制功能须取得被控设备使用者明确的、可随时撤销的同意;未经使用者同意控制其设备是被禁止的,并可能构成违法。
付费功能以 Premium 订阅形式提供,订阅是本服务唯一的付费项目。价格在购买前展示,并可面向未来调整。订阅在取消前自动续期;在续期日之前的任何时候取消,即可避免下一期扣费。支付由第三方支付服务商按其自身条款处理;我们不存储完整卡号。退款按《退款与取消政策》处理;若我们停止提供某项付费功能,我们将给予公平的补救(例如按比例退款或等值订阅时长)。账单描述符采用中性措辞。
对以下内容零容忍——无论是用户上传的,还是请求中链接的——立即移除,并在法律要求时向主管机关(包括 NCMEC)报告:任何形式涉及未成年人的内容——真实、模拟、绘制或 AI 生成;非自愿的亲密影像或行为;以及描绘无法作出同意之人的内容。此外,你不得:上传你无权分享的脚本,或发起指向侵权、盗版或其他非法内容的请求;以虚假交付、多账号互刷等方式获取积分;爬取、抓取或批量下载本服务;探测或规避安全机制与访问控制;使用机器人或自动化手段创建账号;骚扰、人肉搜索或威胁他人;滥用远程控制功能;除明示允许外转售或商业性利用本服务或其内容;或在你使用本服务属违法的地区使用本服务。
请求中的视频链接指向第三方网站。我们不控制、不托管这些网站的内容,也不对其合法性、准确性或可用性负责;访问它们须遵守其各自的条款。若你认为某个请求链接到侵权或未经同意发布的内容,请按《版权、DMCA 与内容移除政策》举报,我们会移除相应请求及关联脚本。
Haptiloom Team 拥有本服务、软件、品牌与设计。其他用户上传的脚本仅许可你在产品内作个人、非商业使用,上传者另有授权的除外。除法律允许外,不得复制、修改本服务或据以创作衍生作品。
我们依据《版权、DMCA 与内容移除政策》处理版权通知,并终止重复侵权者的账号。指定代理与处理流程见该政策。
本服务与全部内容按“现状”和“现有”提供,不附带任何明示或默示的保证,包括对特定用途适用性、不侵权,或运行不中断、安全、无错误的保证。
在法律允许的最大范围内,Haptiloom Team 对因你使用本服务或任何连接设备而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害,或数据与利润损失,不承担责任。我们的累计责任上限为:索赔发生前十二个月内你向我们支付的金额与 100 美元两者中的较高者。某些法域不允许特定的责任排除;在这些法域,我们的责任以法律允许的范围为限。
因你的内容、你对本服务的使用,或你违反本条款、法律或第三方权利而引起的索赔、损害与费用(包括合理的律师费),你将向 Haptiloom Team 作出赔偿并使其免受损害。
你可以随时在 App 内或在我们的网页删除页面删除账号;删除按《隐私政策》中的时限执行。对于违反本条款或法律要求的行为,我们可以暂停或终止访问、移除内容或限制功能。按其性质应当存续的条款(第 5、7、9、11、13–15、17 条)在终止后继续有效。
你可以在控制台的「账号」页面自行删除账号,也可以通过公开删除页 /delete-account.html 删除;删除完成时会向你出示删除回执。
本条款受 中国香港特别行政区 法律管辖,不适用其冲突法规则。因本条款或本服务产生的任何争议,双方应先通过 [email protected] 友好协商至少 30 天;协商不成的,提交中国香港特别行政区有管辖权的法院解决。本条款不影响你依所在国家或地区法律享有的强制性消费者权利,包括在你居住地法院提起诉讼的权利。你有责任遵守你所在法域中关于成人内容与亲密设备的当地法律。
我们可能更新本条款;当前版本与日期公示于本页面,实质性变更会另行通知(例如邮件或产品内通知)。在生效日之后继续使用即视为接受。历史版本予以归档,并可应要求提供。

Haptiloom is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use the service. By using Haptiloom you declare that you meet this requirement. Where the law of your region requires stronger age assurance, we will require you to complete an age verification step with a third-party provider before accessing the relevant features; we store only the verification outcome, method, provider reference, and timestamp — never your identity documents (see Privacy Policy). Providing a false age declaration is a violation of these Terms.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Haptiloom Team when you create an account or use the service. The Copyright, DMCA & Content Removal Policy and the Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts, and do not create accounts by automated means. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use. Certain features (local device control) are available without an account; account-based features require login.
Haptiloom provides: (a) control of compatible third-party intimate hardware from your browser or app; (b) playback of haptic timing data synchronized with video ("Scripts", also called "Curves"); (c) a desktop Creator Tool for making Scripts on your own computer; (d) script requests, where members post requests and other members make and submit Scripts; and (e) Premium subscription features. Feature availability varies by region and platform, as displayed in the product.
You may upload only Scripts you made yourself or have the right to share. You keep your rights in the Scripts you upload and grant Haptiloom Team a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy and display them as needed to provide the service, and to deliver them to the member who posted the corresponding request and to anyone else you choose to share them with; when you delete a Script or your account, we stop distributing it (copies already delivered to requesters excepted). When you post a request, you may submit only links to publicly accessible third-party video pages, and you represent that, to your knowledge, everyone depicted in the video was at least 18 years old and the content was made and published with the consent of all involved. We do not download, store or host the videos that requests link to; those videos are provided by third-party sites under their own terms, and we do not endorse their content.
The Creator Tool runs locally on your computer; you are responsible for making sure you have the right to view and process the videos you open in it. Credits are virtual records within the service, used only for script-request bounties and rewards: you can earn them in the ways the service provides, such as completing other members' requests, and use them to set bounties on your own requests. Bounty credits are held by the service until the Script is delivered and accepted by the requester; if a request is withdrawn or removed, unreleased credits return to the requester. Credits cannot be bought with money, cashed out, exchanged for money or transferred between accounts, and they are not property or stored value. We may adjust, freeze or void credits to prevent fraud, farming or breaches of these Terms; any balance is voided when your account is deleted or terminated.
Connected devices are manufactured and operated by third parties. You are responsible for using any device safely and in accordance with its manufacturer's instructions. Haptiloom is not a medical device and provides no medical benefit; do not use it in ways that cause pain or injury, and stop immediately if discomfort occurs. The product includes safety features (a local stop control, intensity limits); these are conveniences, not guarantees — hardware, wireless links, and third-party firmware can fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk of physical injury, discomfort, or property damage arising from device use, and Curves and control signals are provided "as is". Remote-control features require the explicit, revocable consent of the person whose device is controlled; controlling a device without the user's consent is prohibited and may be unlawful.
Paid features are offered through a Premium subscription, which is the only thing the service charges for. Prices are shown before purchase and may change prospectively. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms; we do not store full card numbers. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy; if we discontinue a paid feature, we will provide a fair remedy (e.g., a pro-rata refund or equivalent subscription time). Statement descriptors are discreet.
Zero tolerance, immediate removal, and where required reporting to authorities (including NCMEC), for the following — whether uploaded by members or linked from requests: content involving minors in any form — real, simulated, drawn, or AI-generated; non-consensual intimate imagery or acts; and content depicting persons unable to consent. Additionally you may not: upload Scripts you have no right to share, or post requests that link to infringing, pirated or otherwise unlawful content; obtain credits through fake deliveries, multi-account collusion or similar abuse; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the service; probe or circumvent security or access controls; use bots or automated account creation; harass, dox, or threaten others; misuse remote-control features; resell or commercially exploit the service or content except as expressly permitted; or use the service where it is unlawful for you to do so.
Video links in requests point to third-party websites. We do not control or host their content and are not responsible for its legality, accuracy or availability; your use of those sites is governed by their own terms. If you believe a request links to infringing or non-consensual content, report it under our Copyright, DMCA & Content Removal Policy, and we will remove the request and any associated Scripts.
Haptiloom Team owns the service, software, branding, and design. Scripts uploaded by other members are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the product, unless the uploader grants broader rights. Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service except as allowed by law.
We respond to copyright notices under our Copyright, DMCA & Content Removal Policy and terminate repeat infringers. See that policy for the designated agent and process.
The service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, secure, error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haptiloom Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service or any connected device. Our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the extent permitted.
You will indemnify and hold Haptiloom Team harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms, law, or third-party rights.
You may delete your account at any time in the app or at our web deletion page; deletion follows the timeline in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Sections that by their nature survive (5, 7, 9, 11, 13–15, 17) survive termination.
You can delete your account yourself from the console's Account page, or via the public deletion page at /delete-account.html; a deletion receipt is shown on completion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via [email protected] for at least 30 days; if it cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding adult content and intimate devices in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; the current version and date are posted on this page, and material changes receive additional notice (e.g., email or in-product). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Prior versions are archived and available on request.
