关于触感脚本的说明:与视频关联的同步时序脚本(“曲线”)本身也可以成为通知的客体——既可能作为该视频的主张衍生作品,也可能作为其作者的原创作品。此类通知按同一流程处理。
如果你的内容被移除,而你认为这属于错误或误认,可以发送反通知,内容包括:(1) 你的法定全名、地址、电话,以及手写或电子签名;(2) 被移除材料的标识及其此前的 URL;(3) 一项在伪证罪处罚下作出的声明,表明你善意地相信该移除系错误或误认所致;(4) 你同意接受你所在地址对应的联邦地区法院管辖(若你在美国境外,则同意接受我们可能被找到的任何司法辖区的管辖),并同意接受通知方的送达。若投诉方未在 10–14 个工作日内告知我们已提起诉讼,我们可以自行决定恢复该材料。

A valid notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature as owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) the specific URL(s) on our service where the material appears; (4) your full legal name, mailing address, telephone, and email; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. Incomplete notices may not be actionable. We remove or disable access to identified material expeditiously and notify the uploader where applicable.
Note on haptic scripts: synchronized timing scripts ("Curves") associated with a video may themselves be the subject of a notice, either as claimed derivative works of the video or as original works of their author. We process such notices under the same procedure.
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification including: (1) your full legal name, address, telephone, and physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the removed material and its prior URL(s); (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; (4) consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and acceptance of service from the notifying party. If the complainant does not notify us of a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material at our discretion.
We terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers, and may remove their content permanently. Misrepresentation in notices or counter-notices may expose the sender to liability (17 U.S.C. §512(f)).
If a script request links to intimate imagery in which you are identifiable and you did not consent to its publication, report it through the reporting channels below (email [email protected] with subject "NCII Removal Request"; an in-product report control will follow). Include the URL(s), a statement that you are the depicted person (or their authorized representative) and did not consent, and contact information. We will remove the related requests and associated scripts within 48 hours of a valid request, make reasonable efforts to remove other requests pointing to the same content, and will not require you to provide the imagery beyond what identifies the location. This channel exists independently of copyright law (TAKE IT DOWN Act and analogous laws); no perjury statement or fee is required, and we will not disclose your identity to the requester beyond what the law requires.
We have zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors in any form — real, simulated, drawn, or AI-generated. Report suspected material through the reporting channels below (email [email protected] with subject "CSAM Report"; an in-product report control will follow); you may report anonymously. On actual knowledge we immediately remove the material, preserve evidence, report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant authorities as required by law, and terminate the account. Do not download, share, or further distribute suspected material — report it.
For content that violates our Terms (harassment, doxing, non-consensual acts, etc.), use the reporting channels below (email [email protected]; an in-product report control will follow). We review reports against our Terms and applicable law, act on violations (removal, restriction, termination), and preserve evidence where legally required. We may prioritize reports by severity; safety reports (Sections B and C) always take precedence.
