常见问题
取消订阅后会发生什么?
取消立即生效,但你已付费的周期会完整保留 Premium 权益。周期结束后账号自动回到 Free,设备控制功能不受任何影响;超出 1 台的设备档案会被标记为未激活,数据保留 90 天以便你随时恢复;每个视频的额外脚本保留不删,但只能播放其中 1 份;远程房间停用。
年付中途想退款可以吗?
首次订阅 14 天内可无条件全额退款。超过 14 天后,除法律要求或我们停止提供该付费功能外,不按剩余时间比例退款;你可以取消续订并用完当前周期。
会员和设备数量有什么关系?
Free 可以绑定 1 台设备档案并随时换绑;本地控制不限设备数。Premium 允许多台设备同时绑定并联控制,曲线会按各设备能力分别映射。
积分可以购买或提现吗?
不可以。积分只在 Haptiloom 内流转:完成其他用户的脚本请求可以获得积分,用来给你自己的请求设置悬赏。积分不能用钱购买,不能提现、兑换现金或在账号之间转让。Premium 订阅是我们唯一的付费项目。
如何获取发票或收据?
每次扣费后收据自动发送到注册邮箱;在控制台「订阅与账单」可随时下载历史收据(PDF)。需要抬头或税号,点「管理订阅与付款方式」在 Stripe 托管页填写。
删除账号会自动取消订阅吗?
会。删除账号会立即取消订阅并停止扣费;已付费周期不按比例退款,建议用完当前周期再删号。
哪些地区可以购买?价格含税吗?
价格以美元计价,支持 Stripe 覆盖的国家与地区。是否含税以及税额按你的所在地在付款页面显示;欧盟与英国用户将看到含 VAT 的最终金额。

This is a digital-only subscription. Premium benefits are activated on your account as soon as payment succeeds, and a receipt is sent to your registered email address.

Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year; we email you a reminder 7 days before each renewal. Cancel anytime under Billing in your console — your benefits stay active until the end of the current period.

All other cases are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect immediately, but you keep full Premium benefits for the period you have already paid for. When that period ends, your account automatically returns to Free, and device control is not affected in any way. Device profiles beyond the first are marked inactive and their data is retained for 90 days, so you can restore them at any time. Extra scripts on a video are kept, but only one of them can be played, and remote rooms are no longer available.
Can I get a refund partway through an annual plan?
First-time subscriptions can be refunded in full, unconditionally, within 14 days. After 14 days, we do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining time, except where required by law or where we discontinue the paid feature; you can cancel renewal and keep using Premium until the end of the current period.
How does membership relate to the number of devices?
Free lets you link 1 device profile and switch it at any time; local control has no device limit. Premium lets you link multiple devices and control them simultaneously, with curves mapped to each device's capabilities individually.
Can I buy or cash out credits?
No. Credits stay inside Haptiloom: you earn them by completing other members' script requests and spend them as bounties on your own requests. Credits can't be bought with money, cashed out, exchanged for money or transferred between accounts. Premium is the only thing we charge for.
How do I get an invoice or receipt?
A receipt is emailed to your registered address after every charge, and you can download past receipts (PDF) at any time under Billing in your console. To add a billing name or tax ID, click “Manage subscription & payment methods” and enter it on the Stripe-hosted page.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
Yes. Deleting your account immediately cancels your subscription and stops billing; paid periods are not refunded pro rata, so consider using up the current period before deleting your account.
Where can I buy Premium, and do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars, and Premium is available in the countries and regions supported by Stripe. Whether tax applies, and how much, is shown on the payment page based on your location; customers in the EU and UK will see the final amount including VAT.
